All payments are due at the time of service activation. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

We do not offer refunds for any reason. All sales are final.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SEA Host and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEA Host shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if you violate these terms.

Welcome to SEA Host! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

SEA Host provides cPanel hosting, WordPress hosting, and domain name registration. Services are provided “as is” and subject to availability.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host or distribute malware, spam, or pirated content
  • Violate any local or international laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Host pornography or abusive content

SEA Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.

4. Payments and Billing

All services must be paid for in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Domain Registration

Domain registration is subject to availability and the terms of third-party registrars. SEA Host does not guarantee successful domain registration.

6. Backups

Clients are responsible for their own backups. SEA Host is not liable for data loss.

7. Service Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. SEA Host may suspend or terminate your account for violations or non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEA Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2, 2025

SEA Host maintains a strict fund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in financial transactions.

1. Payments

All service fees must be paid in advance. We accept online payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or payment gateways supported on our site.

2. Account Credit

If you top up your account wallet, the funds will be used exclusively for SEA Host services. Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Hosting Services: Refund requests made within 3 days of purchase (first-time purchases only) may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
  • Domain Registrations: Non-refundable, as domains are registered through third-party providers.
  • Renewals: Non-refundable once processed.

To request a refund, email support@seahost.com.ng with your order details.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting SEA Host first may result in immediate account suspension. Please reach out to us for dispute resolution.

5. Price Changes

Service prices may change without prior notice. Existing users will be notified before any significant pricing updates.
